Olga L. Hernandez, Esq. is an attorney admitted to the practice of law in the states of Florida and New Jersey. She is an experienced attorney in the area of U.S. Immigration and Nationality law and Deportation Defense. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. 

   

Mrs. Hernandez earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Pre-Law from New Jersey City University where she graduated summa cum laude. During her undergraduate career she was a member of the National Honor Society and was in the Dean’s Honor Roll for all semesters. Mrs. Hernandez earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law school-Newark, a nationally recognized law school. She attended law school and successfully completed the New Jersey Bar exam while she raised a family. 


Mrs. Hernandez has spent several years working exclusively in the field of immigration law where she developed her expertise in Immigration Law.  She has successfully litigated numerous cases in front of Immigration Judges, USCIS and the Board of Immigration Appeals. 


As an immigrant herself, Mrs. Hernandez has traveled the same journey as many of her clients.  As such, as an immigration law attorney, Mrs. Hernandez recognizes that each client has unique needs and expectations for their cases and she is committed to providing excellent legal services to help them achieve their goals and to protect what matters most to them.


Mrs. Hernandez is fully fluent in Spanish.

My Story

My immigrant story began at fifteen years of age when my mother made the decision to immigrate to the United States in search of what every immigrant desires: freedom, economic prosperity, and a better future for their loved ones. Had not been for the diversity lottery visa, I would have been a Dreamer myself. 
As an immigrant, I know what it is like to be rejected from your number one choice of university for not having a permanent legal status. I know what it feels like to be separated from loved ones and everything that matters the most for years without the possibility of going back. I have also experienced the excruciating loss of a loved one without being able to be there for them during their final moments. However, despite all of these obstacles and hardships, I have been able to live a beautiful life, filled with purpose, opportunities and many blessings in this great country; and I want the same for my clients and their families. 
That is why, to me, being an immigration attorney is much more than a job; it represents my story, my trajectory, my passion to help others and my purpose in life.

Hernandez G. Law is a boutique immigration law firm. Attorney Hernandez has many years of experience practicing exclusively immigration law. She is knowledgeable and passionate about representing her clients with absolute dedication and professionalism. She is licensed in the states of New Jersey and Florida and is fully bilingual. Being completely fluent in Spanish allows Attorney Hernandez to communicate directly with her clients without the impediments of language barriers.
