Olga L. Hernandez, Esq. is an attorney admitted to the practice of law in the states of Florida and New Jersey. She is an experienced attorney in the area of U.S. Immigration and Nationality law and Deportation Defense. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
Mrs. Hernandez earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Pre-Law from New Jersey City University where she graduated summa cum laude. During her undergraduate career she was a member of the National Honor Society and was in the Dean’s Honor Roll for all semesters. Mrs. Hernandez earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law school-Newark, a nationally recognized law school. She attended law school and successfully completed the New Jersey Bar exam while she raised a family.
Mrs. Hernandez has spent several years working exclusively in the field of immigration law where she developed her expertise in Immigration Law. She has successfully litigated numerous cases in front of Immigration Judges, USCIS and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
As an immigrant herself, Mrs. Hernandez has traveled the same journey as many of her clients. As such, as an immigration law attorney, Mrs. Hernandez recognizes that each client has unique needs and expectations for their cases and she is committed to providing excellent legal services to help them achieve their goals and to protect what matters most to them.
